BookyPets is an adventure video mobile game which seeks to encourage everyday reading habits in kids between the ages of Seven and 12 in a fun and simple way.
Now kids can turn reading into a mobile game thanks to a methodology that fosters reading habits and routines, as scientific evidence reports.
The BookyPets application takes kids to a globe of fantasy where they will live out great adventures alongside unbelievable characters. They will free and collect the adorable BookyPets by defeating the evil creatures of Fear, Laziness and Selfishness as they read hundreds of proverbs, fables, legends and children’s novels included in the game.
BookyPets integrates readings into the narrative of the video mobile game in order to develop reading habits. Reading and playing will become 1 and the same.

- Mobile game mechanics based on the most famous android games for kids between the ages of Seven and 12 (RPG, Turret Defense, Collecting…).
- Over 50 BookyPets to save, collect and evolve. The Tyrannosaurus Rex, the Unicorn, the Blue Mermaid and the Winged Lion are just a few of them. Kids won’t stop reading until they have managed to save them all! A passion for everyday reading will be ignited!
- Hero editor with tons of personalisable elements so your kid can make their own in-game avatar.
- Over 3,000 available readings: proverbs and traditional sayings, classic and modern tales, fables and children’s novels.
- Your kid will achieve awards with every reading they complete: spells, energy and keys to free their BookyPets. Moreover, there are unique awards unlocked by reading daily.
- A private space is available for parents and teachers, containing info regarding your child’s progress and the readings they have completed: number of words they have read, time spent reading daily, average score in reading comprehension, improvement in their vocabulary…
- You will be able to join your kids to their classroom clan.
